What should I do if I forget my unhide keyword, app password or activation code?

Since Elite Keylogger is designed to be hidden, password recovery is a bit more complicated.

1. If you have forgotten your unhide keyword: Follow the instructions for Updating Elite Keylogger. As part of the update process, the unhide keyword will be reset. However you do need to know your app password in order to update.

2. If you have forgotten your app password: Send an email message to help@widestep.com. Please provide proof of license, such as the email address you used when purchasing Elite Keylogger and your order reference number and/or license activation code. Support will be able to send you a special utility that will allow you to reset the app password.

3. If you have lost your license activation code: Please visit the Recovery page on our website and fill out the form provided.
